Receiving a parcel
There are a few steps you need to take to receive a parcel.
- If you have a support worker, contact them and ask them to give you a referral.
- Your support worker sends us a referral by email to this address: lesley.beckton@yahoo.co.uk
- Collect your food from us in person at Tŷ Deiniol, or ask your support worker to collect it for you.
If you don't have a support worker, contact any of the agencies below (by phone or email) and ask them to give you a referral.
If you can't contact any of the agencies, just come to the food bank during opening hours. We can give you a small emergency food parcel (2 days worth of food). Please note: We can only give out two emergency parcels: after that you will need a referral.
